VendettaPandaV reserves the right to refuse any commission request made to them.

VendettaPandaV reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a full refund at any time after payment has been received.

All final products will have a date and signature/watermark applied to the finished piece.

No AI is used at any stage of the creative process. AI will not be accepted for references, enhancements, modifications, etc.

Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the price agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

All products, final or in progress, as well as any previews or WIP shots shared, will be sent digitally.

Acknowledgment of the terms listed below will be provided via signed contract between commissioner and artist.

The commissioner will have access to a signed copy of the contract for their records.

The terms and conditions of this contract are not absolute and may be subject to change based on circumstances. Active clients will be notified of any changes as they are made.

An invoice will be sent alongside a signed copy of this contract. Initial invoices will reflect initial, estimated costs determined at the start of an order, as well as the initial 40% deposit required before work begins.

Any changes in final cost due to changes, additions, reworks, etc will be tallied and added to the remaining balance listed on the final invoice, which will be sent upon completion of the work.

VendettaPandaV will draw: humans, humanoids, anthros, ferals, some mechs/cyborgs, monsters, and nsfw material, including certain fetishes/kinks.

VendettaPandaV won’t draw: Vehicles, detailed backgrounds, scat/piss, diapers, underage/loli, and/or bestiality.

When placing an order, please have references ready for your character, including outfits, poses, or any other details you’d like to highlight in the piece.

If you do not have a reference for your character, please provide a detailed description of your character (and include relevant photos from online where possible.)

Commissions using references generated, edited, or altered by AI in any way will NOT be accepted, and will result in a block and permanent blacklisting from any future commissions. VendettaPandaV STRONGLY rejects the usage or promotion of any AI generated content.

Based on the product requested, commissions may take up to 4-6 weeks to be completed.

Routine updates on the progress of a piece will be offered throughout the creative process.

Clients are expected to point out mistakes or propose changes at no additional cost, provided that said changes are announced early in the process (prior to completing lineart).

Once lineart has been completed, major changes will no longer be viable due to file layer constraints. Minor changes or edits may still be possible.

CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT TOLERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Filing a chargeback will result in the following:

Immediate revocation of rights to the commissioned artwork and DMCA filings/further legal action as deem appropriate

Placement on a public or private blacklist

A permanent ban from future commissions

VendettaPandaV holds all copyrights to the produced artwork. By paying, the commissioner is granted limited usage rights to the finished product in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Use the artwork for self-promotion, portfolio work, etc. across any platforms or websites.

Include the artwork in published materials, such as art books, print examples, samples, etc.

Repost the artwork to any platform or social media.

File DMCA takedowns for any unauthorized use of the product by anyone other than the artist or commissioner.

Personal use only, unless a separate agreement has been made allowing for commercial, business, promotional, etc usage.

Permission to print the artwork and claim ownership of the commissioner’s original character(s) - NOT any copyrighted characters featured, nor the work itself.

Use, repost, or share the artwork for self-promotion with clear credit given to the artist (VendettaPandaV).

Ensure proper credit to the artist in any online reposts by tagging, providing the username, and/or a link to an affiliated social media page.

Do not claim authorship or creation of the artwork.

Do not remove, modify, obstruct, or in any way tamper with any watermark/signature.

Do not edit, modify, or alter the final artwork significantly without consent.

Do not attempt to repost, manipulate, alter, or otherwise utilize work-in-progress photos/screenshots, videos, etc.

Do not use utilize any products, WIP shots, videos, etc. for use in artificial intelligence training, data scraping, etc., and/or minting as an NFT/any form of cryptocurrency

Do not attempt to sell, exchange, etc. the finished product to any other individual or group for any form of currency.

Do not utilize this work for any non-personal, commercial, business, promotional, etc. use without explicit permission.

Prices listed are reflective of a baseline cost; additional costs may be incurred when requesting additional major details/changes, complex designs, or other add-ons.

Commissioners are responsible for paying 40% of the agreed-upon price of the commission upfront, with the rest due upon completion of the commissioned piece.

An initial invoice will be sent before work on a commission begins. The initial invoice will reflect the initial, estimated cost determined at the start of an order, as well as the initial 40% deposit amount required before work begins.

Any changes in final cost due to additions, reworks, etc will be tallied and added to the remaining balance listed on the final invoice.

The final invoice will be sent upon completion of the commission.

Failure to pay the final invoice cost will result in the commissioner forfeiting all rights to the ordered commission.

All payments are to be processed through Ko-Fi, Venmo, Cashap, or PayPal in USD, with commissioners responsible for accounting for conversion costs.

Refunds are available up until the period in which the product in question is 50% complete (or when the lineart has been finalized), after which any refunds will no longer be available.
